i dont think that scout can know all of the details of a rape case because first of all she is young and wouldn't understand most of it. Second of all Atticus wouldn't allow her to hear it.
I diagree she already knows what rape is becaus eAtticus told her (so obviously he will tell her) and she will hear everything from people on the street anyway. ~martin~
